Actually provide what you show on your site NOT CHEAP PRINTED KNOCK OFFS! Even the zips are cheap and nasty. You also need to work on your customer service! Absolutely shocking experience from start to finish. Do not buy from here! Save yourself the time, money and heartache on arrival. Also they just placate you if you do finally get a response which will come far later than you would expect.
The images on the gingerpaws sight show a gorgeous red consistent colour with an embroidered and padded Santa. I received a cheap printed white fleece. Nothing gorgeous about it. Feels as cheep as it looks. Also far smaller than the guide indicates and my pet doesn't fit in it either! Absolutely shocking. On top of that it took 6 weeks to arrive and the gingerpaws help ignores or placates you. Asking for a return address because quality is not as shown and I've just been ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Fabric is flimsy. Doesn’t hold our 9 pound dog. Trying to return and have had no response from company.
I’m disappointed in the fabric because when my dog is in it with me it folds and you can’t tell that he is a Santa. If the material was made out of cotton, with another layer of cotton for pocket it would be stiffer. As well as, the design is a 3D print and I thought it was actually going to be kind of puffier. I’d like to return for full refund please.

I was worried my cockapoo's head would be too big for the opening but it's the perfect size. The beige color is so chic — doesn't look like a novelty item at all. Material is incredibly soft. 10/10.
I have a black cat and was skeptical she'd tolerate this for even 30 seconds. She sat in the reindeer pouch for over an hour. The white hoodie is SO soft and the opening is the right size for her head. Perfect Christmas photo too.
Laid it out on the counter and my orange tabby went straight for the pouch — sniffed it and tried to climb in on his own. Material is super soft and the Santa detail is so well made up close. Can't wait for our first walk in it.

The quality is not great at all, it’s a poor print, the zippers are not a great idea for pockets, my small dog is too big for the xl size so it is of no value at all…
